Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order placed.

Our customer support team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days, then provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return addresses vary depending on the fulfillment location of your order.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen or monitor differences
- Normal wear and tear after use
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
Because our products are made to order, processing may begin shortly after an order is placed.
After the 6-hour window, cancellation may no longer be possible.
